The taffeta and velvet stripes on the skirt add the perfect touch to this adorable dress. The dress is available in sizes 4, 6 and 8. We have paired it up with our Black and White Blossom Headband

I am blogging to ask that this wonderful sweet dress be rewarded to my friends' granddaughter, Kendall. My friends have had numerous problems and on top of that Kendall and her family moved from Maryland to Florida and they can't visit often. Mary is disabled and Steve is diabetic who has had to have surgery, trying to save his foot. He has not been able to work for some time and finances are not good.
